» About: Satoshi was very much an average child growing up, a product of his parents wanting the best for him. His father was one of many men who worked too much to provide for his family, and expected nothing less out of his only son. Satoshi did his best in school and even managed to make a few friends along the way to keep his parents happy, but his studies were not what he really enjoyed.

He was drawn to fantasy in a way his parents could not understand. Legends of times past from around the world drew him in for hours at a time, taking away his time he was supposed to be studying and replacing it with "useless" knowledge. He did not even show interest in games until a MMO caught his eye, one that promised a level of depth that he craved.

It was then he convinced his father to buy him a nerve gear. He would play SAO for the couple months before he went back to college, he told his dad, and then he would study harder than ever before...

And he even had the perfect name for himself: Eogan, named after a bard of western tales. He was the namesake of someone who knew all the legends of his era... how perfect.

» Personality Strengths:
Eogan is the type of guy who craves knowledge and living through tales, and dove deep in library collections and novels alike to find the stories he craved. He is almost singular in that persuit, with only a sense of duty clashing with his desire to keep his stories at arm's length. In all actuality, diving into SAO is the first time he has had even a small part in anything, and he wants to make the most of it.

These traits make him cautious and a good study, as well as fiercely loyal.

» Personality Flaws:
As someone who did not live life for himself much, Eogan does not have much intuition. His instinct is to analyze and not act, making him hesitate.

Also, being bookish, he does not know how to talk to people as well as others, and will usually fall back on legend and parable if he does not know what to say for himself.
